Before starting a project, we need to make sure we are on the same page so there are no misunderstandings and to protect against fraud. Please kindly take some time to read all of the points mentioned below.This Terms of Service is entered into between the Artist and the Client for the commission of an artwork. By commissioning the Artist, the Client immediately agrees to the following terms:
The client must provide clear and complete requirements upfront, including visual references or other materials.
Artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests if they think the request is unreasonable.
Work completion requires 2 weeks minimum and may take up to 4 months, depending on each commission type, complexity, health condition, and workload.
The artist will inform the Client if there are any delays and adjustments to the timeline.
The file will be delivered through Google Drive or VGen platform.
Maximum 3 revisions during the sketch process. Any major revisions after this stage may incur an additional charge.
Revisions may affect progress and timeline.
The client may not ask for revisions after the artwork is complete.
If the Artist commits an error, the Artist will make any appropriate changes with no additional cost.
Artist response time may vary, up to one week in order to provide better or more concrete updates.

Prices are in USD, and IDR for local.
Full payment must be made after the sketch approval and can be paid through PayPal, Ko-fi, VGen, and local transfer (IDR).
Client may request to pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion if the project is up to $200 value.
The final file will only be sent upon receiving full payment.
The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights.
Client is not allowed to use the artwork for anything other than personal use unless previously discussed and agreed upon.
Personal use means display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in the content of these websites or channels.
The client is not allowed to claim the artwork as their own. This includes removing the watermark on the artwork. In cases where the watermark doesn’t show, the Client must find a way to credit the Artist nonetheless.
Commercial usage rights are not included unless previously discussed.
Commercial rights means usage of the artwork on streams, videos, and other content, or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform.
The artist has the right to post the artwork on all their social media unless the Client requests for a private project.
Additional charges will be required for private or commercial commission types.
Usage of the artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms, or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
Client must not edit or modify the commissioned piece in any way without prior permission from the Artist.
If the Client asks for a sketch or a lineart, only the Client has the right to trace over or color in the artwork.
No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by the Artist.
Refunds will only be provided if the Artist is the one to cancel the commission due to their inability to complete it.
